Resource Efficiency Management (REM) Contracts at Fort Campbell, KY and the Military Ocean Terminal at Sunny Point (MOTSU), NC.
With 15 million sq. ft. of offices, warehouses, and other facilities at these 2 government installations, we are tasked with auditing 10% of that square footage per year through our REM contracts. We assess installations and make recommendations to the government as to types of energy savings programs and innovations that can be utilized to save energy costs. These recommendations can save thousands and even hundreds of thousands of dollars in energy consumption per year!
We develop Installation Energy Savings Plans, Energy Security Plans, Energy Awareness Programs, Energy Accounting and Rate Analysis, and Project Development/Implementation Plans.
