More than a decade ago when local government agencies began their first trial runs into networking desktop computer systems, providing organization and agency-wide Internet access e-mail and help desk support.

eLe offers an IT management team with over 17 years experience in managing computer support operations at major government facilities. Our goal is to provide our customers with solutions that have a positive impact on their business processes now and far into the future.

  • US Army AMCOM - ITSS, Information Technology Support Services:
    US Army AMCOM - ITSS, Information Technology Support Services - eLe, as a subcontractor to Sverdrup Technologies provides automation, data, telecommunications, visual information, and records management support to the AMCOM Corporate Information Center (CIC) and its customers including AMCOM organizations, DoD PMs/PEOs, other DoD organizations, and Redstone Arsenal tenant activities. The ITSS Team provides operations support for computers, servers, networks, peripheral devices, and analog and digital telecommunication systems; network convergence; maintain software products at current release levels; conduct systems analysis, systems engineering, and programming analysis for the development, implementation and sustainment of various IT initiatives; implement integrated data, telecommunications networks; provide lifecycle management; electronic meeting system support; desktop and studio video teleconferencing; imaging support; software engineering; process improvement initiatives; and electronic commerce.

  • Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) - Scientific, Technical, Administrative, and Research, Development, Test, & Evaluation Services (STARS)
    STARS encompasses the analysis, design, development, test, integration, deployment, and operations of information technology (IT) systems and services to sustain the research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E), and business/administrative functions in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD). The communication systems range from special purpose stand-alone data systems and laboratory networks to large infrastructures. These systems transmit voice, video, and data for a diverse set of research and testing requirements. Uses include modeling and simulation; weapons planning system development, training, and operations; software and hardware development and testing, and range telemetry data collection, transmission, and reduction. Our computing system capabilities include sophisticated prototypes or experimental systems and technologies including artificial neural networks, virtual reality/synthetic environments, decision support systems, target recognition systems, avionics/embedded IT resources, geographical information systems and a host of other leading edge techniques and technologies of interest to the NAWCWD.

  • Tyndall Air Force Base, 325 MDG, Central Call Center, Medical Records Information Release
    CALL CENTER/ APPOINTMENT SERVICES, ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT – eLe delivers in-depth clinical booking procedures, which reduces beneficiary and clinician confusion with the appointment procedures for the 325th Medical Group at Tyndall AFB. Central Appointments personnel utilize the Composite Health Computer System (CHCS) Booked Healthcare Finder (BHCF) module, the Managed Care Program (MCP) module, and the Appointment Order Processing (AOP) module. We book all direct care appointments according to facility protocols and Call Center Standards. We also provide support in the Medical Treatment Facility’s Centralized Release of Medical Information Center, for patients, Department of Veterans Affairs, state agencies, insurance companies and other legal entities.
