Our multimedia capabilities are further enhanced by our charter experiences in Information Technology (IT) Management services.
Our government contracting background places us in the forefront of applying developing technologies. More than a decade ago when local government agencies began their first trial runs into networking desktop computer systems, providing organization and agency-wide Internet access e-mail and help desk support, eLe management effected that development at the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC).
Our IT management team has a clear understanding of the impacts of evolving technologies and can adapt and innovatively manage them to provide uninterrupted information management support services to its customers.
eLe offers an IT management team with over 17 years experience in managing computer support operations at two major government facilities: U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (USAAMCOM) and USASMDC in Huntsville, Alabama. Our goal is to provide our customers with solutions that have a positive impact on their business processes now and far into the future.
US Army AMCOM - ITSS, Information Technology Support Services:
- US Army AMCOM - ITSS, Information Technology Support Services - eLe, as a subcontractor to Sverdrup Technologies provides automation, data, telecommunications, visual information, and records management support to the AMCOM Corporate Information Center (CIC) and its customers including AMCOM organizations, DoD PMs/PEOs, other DoD organizations, and Redstone Arsenal tenant activities.
The ITSS Team provides operations support for computers, servers, networks, peripheral devices, and analog and digital telecommunication systems; network convergence; maintain software products at current release levels; conduct systems analysis, systems engineering, and programming analysis for the development, implementation and sustainment of various IT initiatives; implement integrated data, telecommunications networks; provide lifecycle management; electronic meeting system support; desktop and studio video teleconferencing; imaging support; software engineering; process improvement initiatives; and electronic commerce.
Eglin Air Force Base, 46th Test Wing, Technical Publications
- Technical Editing, AND Illustration for 46th Test Wing Group at Eglin AFB, Florida – Erica Lane Enterprises, Inc. provides support in technical editing and computer graphics illustration for the preparation of technical reports to the Development Test and Evaluation Technical Report Office, 46th Operations Support Squadron at Eglin. We are responsible for editing, typing and illustrating technical documents originated by test engineers to show results of highly complex Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) programs. Technical documents designed to communicate ideas and information with the DoD and to facilitate the exchange of information between government, industry and foreign allies.
- ADVISORY AND ASSISTANCE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - eLe provides administrative services for over 250 customers at 3 program offices within Eglin AFB. Our personnel help customers with special forms, travel orders, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and conferences, inviting attendees and participating in weekly staff meetings. We monitor/edit/update an electronic suspense control system to ensure timely and accurate information are included and deleted, and that target dates are achieved. Fill out forms for completeness--prepare & distribute Temporary Duty Orders (TDY) & ensure work order sheets are available for staff members.
Tyndall Air Force Base, 325 MDG, Central Appointment Call Center, Medical Records Information Release
- MEDICAL APPOINTMENT SERVICES AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT – eLe delivers in-depth clinical booking procedures, which reduces beneficiary and clinician confusion with the appointment procedures for the 325th Medical Group at Tyndall AFB. Central Appointments personnel utilize the Composite Health Computer System (CHCS) Booked Healthcare Finder (BHCF) module, the Managed Care Program (MCP) module, and the Appointment Order Processing (AOP) module. We book all direct care appointments according to facility protocols and Call Center Standards. We also provide support in the Medical Treatment Facility’s Centralized Release of Medical Information Center, for patients, Department of Veterans Affairs, state agencies, insurance companies and other legal entities.
