We bring "large business" operations, maintenance and engineering experience to Base and Facility Operations programs. Our government-facilities contract experience encompasses all aspects of operations maintenance (O&M) management and engineering resources control systems.

As more efficiencies in facilities O&M operations are sought, eLe personnel can offer experience with facilities predictive maintenance program development using some of the most innovative technology applications available. Our technology focus keeps us on the alert for new ways to streamline support services, including energy planning and conservation.

These and other technology-supported activities are being implemented by eLe to improve O&M and expand the lifecycle of military and government facilities and systems.

We assist in long and short range planning, offer facility condition assessments, master planning and plant engineering, general maintenance, HVAC, electrical, Utility Control Systems and Energy Planning and Implementation. Our current facilities contracts and projects include:

• Naval Air Station Hospital, Lemoore, CA: eLe provides services to maintain and operate hospital and clinic facilities and facility related equipment and systems to optimize the mission of the Naval Hospital, NAS Lemoore to ensure compliance with facility related requirements of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and other Navy, state and Federal regulations.
• Soldier Service Center, Ft Rucker, AL: eLe is responsible for the building structure, exterior closure and finishes, roofing, interior construction, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, electrical power & lighting, electrical systems, emergency lighting, roads & grounds, site Civil/Mechanical utilities, and site electrical utilities. eLe provides facility maintenance, repair, grounds keeping and custodial & housekeeping operations for the SOLDIER SERVICE CENTER (SSC), Building 5700 at Fort Rucker, Alabama.
• US Army Aviation Headquarters, Ft Rucker, AL: eLe maintains and operates facility and facility systems, provides maintenance, repair and custodial operations for the U.S. ARMY AVIATION HEADQUARTERS (USAAHQ)., Building 101, Farrel Road/Andrews Avenue, Fort Rucker, AL, These operations maintain a safe and effective physical environment.
• Ireland Army Community Hospital, Ft. Knox, KY: eLe provides preventive maintenance and unscheduled maintenance operations on facilities systems and equipment. Specific duties include maintenance and repair of HVAC system, steam boiler, heating hot water boilers, domestic water heaters, chilled water system, medical air compressors, lab air compressors and medical vacuum equipment.
• Logistics Support for NASA Marshall Space Flight Center: Subcontract to EG&G Technical Services to provide all facets of Base Logistics Support including operations, real property disposal, move services, motor pool, and equipment maintenance.
